Zach Weiss | Asset Manager

Prior to assuming the Asset Manager position at Taylor Equities, Zach Weiss spent three years as the Portfolio Manager for NBK Realty Management where he ran an 800+ unit portfolio of Los Angeles apartment buildings.  While Weiss’ formal real estate career began as a sales agent for Berkshire Hathaway, he grew up living and breathing the industry helping out with his father’s development projects across several asset classes.  After BHHS, Weiss transitioned into leasing and sales of commercial properties for The Charles Dunn Company where he specialized in office and retail.

As Asset Manager for Taylor Equities, Weiss oversees their third-party property management companies and capital improvement projects.  Weiss’ education includes a BS in Business Real Estate from California State University of Northridge.
